TheraSauna & Tanning
We proudly offer treatments of infrared technology, right here in Buffalo! The TheraSauna itself, is made in the QCA. It produces infrared heat that penetrates the skin and is converted to heat in such a way that a 1 degree core temperature increase is caused. This is how the healing begins, and what makes it so different from a conventional sauna. Please see the link below to view the many heath benefits associated with its usage.

Local Owners
We are all from the Buffalo/Blue Grass area and have lived here over 15 years.
Family Owned and Operated
We are not a nationally owned facility, therefore, we feel we have a better feel of what the community wants vs someone running this business from another state.
Doug & Colleen Dittmar have locally owned and operated the establishment since February 9, 2009. They reside just up the hill in Blue Grass.
Doctors in House
Our Establishment also houses DocSide Chiropractic & RiverWalk Rehab.
There are three doctors right here on site for your convenience: Colleen Dittmar DC,
Kara Shannon DC, and Rose Puente DPT. If you have any trouble with function, disability, or pain, please feel free to meet with one of them by inquiring at our front desk or calling (563) 823-8836 to set an appointment especially for you. Some of these things may be medically necessary, please dont wait and put your health on the line. They are here to help. Most Insurances are also accepted.
Computer Repair Available
Next door over is FlyAKiteStudios LLC. Dr Fix it, Doug Dittmar, an expert in computer technologies, is here to help with your PC needs. Whether you need virus removal, computer repair, computer upgrades, etc., these services are all provided right here in Buffalo Iowa. There is NO NEED to pack up and travel to Davenport. Just bring your items (with power cord) down and drop them off at the gym customer counter, fill out a little paperwork, and your on your way. He also has a great selection of used computers, and laptops, in like-new shape with WARRANTY, available at an excellent price. Why buy new when he can make it seem new! Questions? Free internet
We have a public wi-fi connection availible for those who want to use their ipads phones or other internet capable devices.
Towels
All gym members have access to provided towels supplied by the gym.
TheraSuana
All members have access to our Therasuana located on the 2nd floor. Just ask at the front counter for an appointment.
Parking
Our fitness facility is located right on highway 22 on the south side of town. Parking is both ample and convienient.
Locker Rooms
Our facility features full size locker rooms with plenty of lockers. as well as ample room to change.
